5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund on service fees within 7 days of service commencement, provided no more than 25% of scheduled work has been completed. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment channel within 14 days. Services may be rescheduled once at no additional charge with at least 24 hours notice. After work beyond the 25% threshold, all sales are final due to resource allocation.

5.2 Information Products

If a digital guide or tutorial is defective or inaccessible due to technical error, a refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase. Reimbursements are issued within 10 days upon verification. After this period, no refunds are available as digital access is immediate and irreversible.

5.3 Physical Goods

Defective or damaged items reported within 30 days of delivery are eligible for replacement or refund. To initiate, contact support with photographic evidence. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of inspection. Customers may choose store credit or reimbursement. Items must be returned in original packaging via shipping instructions provided by Zelvian.
